Terms and Conditions
Booking and Deposit
Deposit: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Balance: The remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to arrival.
Last-minute bookings: For reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, the total amount must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Up to 30 days before arrival, with a full refund of the deposit.
100% Penalty: For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable.
Force Majeure: The Farmhouse (Agriturismo) shall not be held responsible for service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., utility outages, extreme weather). However, we commit to providing all possible assistance to our guests.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Late Arrival: It is mandatory to notify us if you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM.
Identification: Upon arrival, guests must present a valid ID/Passport for mandatory registration with the local Public Security authorities.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome. A €50 fee per stay applies, to be settled on-site.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments.
A Tourist Tax of €3 per person, per night is not included in the apartment price. It must be paid in cash at check-out.
